The joint efforts of the Crime Intelligence and CID task team, along with the Kampala Metropolitan Territorial Teams, have apprehended seven suspects linked to the murder by shooting of businessman and Ndiga clan leader Eng. Daniel Bbosa.
The suspect is Lujja Bbosa Tabula, aged 38, a resident of Kabango village, Kakoola parish, Mutubagumu sub-county, in Mpigi district, his alleged role in the violent murder by shooting of Eng. Daniel Bbosa ”A substantial cash reward of Ugx 10m awaits any member of the public who avails us credible information that can lead to his arrest,”said police
Police says the information should be reported to the nearest police station or ring telephone contact number of CID Headquarters on 0741-111-333.
”We would like to warn, anybody who will be found harboring the wanted suspect by concealing his arrest, with the intention of preventing his discovery or arrest, that they will be arrested and charged with harboring a criminal,” it adds.
The Force’s spokesperson Fred Enanga says that the Joint Crime Intelligence/CID task teams, in coordination with the KMP territorial team, have in custody 7 suspects, including the hospitalized Lujja Noah, under guard, and Milly Naluwenda of Kisekwa Court, for being part of the suspects, behind the violent murder by shooting of Eng. Bbosa.
The 5 other suspects, (names withheld) pending legal guidance from the DPP, participated, in the murder plot, that targeted and eliminated the victim. Together, with other perpetrators, who are still at large, but are being aggressively pursued, they are highly linked to the ride-along killers of Serunkuuma Enock and Lujja Noah.
”A full account of the preparation meetings, planning, acquisition of killer weapons, hiring of killers and execution of the murder will be availed in due course. We pledge to the family and all loved ones, that the wanted suspects who are on the run, are known, and the pursuit for all those responsible for the violent murder, remains active and ongoing,” said Enanga.
